Kuličkové pero Portland S ze dřeva zastabilizoveného modrofialovou pryskyřicí a ze dřeva several-thousand-year-old bog oak found in Ukraine, created for smaller hands or for those who prefer lighter writing instruments. The pen uses standard refills, available in most stationery shops. To make the pen truly personal, you may add engraving such as a message, monogram, important date, name, nickname, company logo and many other details. You can find inspiration in our engraving examples.

Every pen is an original, and another identical piece will never be made. If this piece speaks to you, do not wait too long — another customer may choose it first.

Pen dimensions

This pen is called Portland S and it is the smallest of the three pen models I make. The length of the closed pen is approximately 131 mm. open pen, measured from the tip to the end, is approximately 123 mm. With the cap, it weighs approximately 35–40 g depending on the piece of wood used. The section held in the hand while writing weighs approximately 25 g.

Is this pen too short or too light for you? In that case, I recommend the Portland Lor Altos models, which are slightly larger.

You receive more than just a pen,
but a complete presentation

Every pen is supplied in a gift cardboard presentation boxincluded with the order. Luxury wooden gift boxes are available separately as an optional upgrade. The package also includes a Certificate of Authenticity, identifying the material, care instructions and, where applicable, the age of the wood.

Personal engraving

Each pen can be engraved with a personal dedication, message, or for example a monogram. I use a laser engraver for this. It allows me to place almost any inscription you wish onto the wooden part of the pen. For inspiration, I have prepared a short guide with more than 70 different ideas. You can also see how engraved text looks directly on the wood you like. In this gallery you will find examples of most materials I use. If you want the engraving to be clearly visible, I recommend lighter woods such as teak, zebrano, padouk or olive wood. On wenge, American walnut or bog oak, the engraving will appear more subtle.

Inscriptions are usually placed on the pen cap, either on the side or near the lower ring.
