Shipping and Payment
At present, I ship orders via Česká pošta and Zásilkovna. You can find the prices for each shipping method in the tables below.

* The stated delivery times apply to business days only. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Delivery times may be longer during the pre-Christmas period due to increased demand on shipping providers.
Personal pickup is available by prior arrangement only.

Payment
We currently offer three payment options.
Cash on delivery: Payment to the postal worker or courier when you receive the package. Orders placed with cash on delivery by 10:00 a.m. are shipped on the same day.
Bank transfer: If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send payment instructions to your email together with your order confirmation. Please make sure that the account number and variable symbol are entered correctly in your online banking. Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment reaches our account. Bank transfers usually take no more than 24 hours on business days. If you order an engraved pen, I will ship it once you have approved the engraving design and the payment has been credited to my account.
Card payment: If you choose to pay by card, I will ship the pen as soon as possible — usually the day after you place your order. If you order an engraved pen, I will ship it as soon as you approve the design I send you.
